If you are an instructor or teaching assistant we require additional information. To process your request have your Access Request Coordinator (ARC) submit an InfoPorte Student Records request with the following information:

  • Full name of the instructor
  • PID of the instructor
  • The subject area that the instructor will be teaching
  • Designate whether this person is a Teaching Assistant, an Instructor or a Staff member

Note: Instructor access includes addition to the Instructor Table for the specified course subject as well as the Faculty Center role being added to the user’s ConnectCarolina user profile.

The next step is to work with your supervisor to determine the type of access you will need in ConnectCarolina. To request additional access contact your ARC and work with them to submit an InfoPorte Student Records request.

Note: Access is normally granted within 24 hours of the Remedy Tickets submission. Occasionally access can take longer.
