Grading Calendar

• Grades are approved online by the primary instructor.
• Grades should be assigned and rosters approved no later than 72 hours after the scheduled time of the final examination.
• Students contacting the Registrar’s Office regarding the status of a grade roster will be directed to the course instructor and/or department Chair.

Fall 2023

• Grade Rosters will be available online beginning Thursday, December 7th.

Important: Grade Rosters for courses that do not have a final exam are due on Monday, December 11th .

Note: Grades of Not Reported (NR) will be posted for all outstanding grade rosters beginning Tuesday, December 19th.

Spring 2024

• Grade Rosters will be available online beginning Wednesday, May 1st.

Important: Grade Rosters for courses that do not have a final exam are due on Thursday, May 2nd.

Note: Grades of Not Reported (NR) will be posted for all outstanding grade rosters beginning Tuesday, May 14th.

Summer I 2023

• Grade Rosters will be available online beginning Wednesday, June 21st.

Important: Grade Rosters for courses that do not have a final exam are due on Friday, June 23rd.

Summer II 2023

• Grade Rosters will be available online beginning Friday, July 28th.
