Tar Heel Tracker Basics

In this class you will learn about the various Tar Heel Tracker reports, how to access them in ConnectCarolina, and how to understand the report.

Some of the topics we will cover include:

• using the What-If report
• identifying and understanding adjustments and exceptions in a student’s report
• references and resources for the Tar Heel Tracker on campus

This class is open to anyone who has access to student records via Advisor Center or Student Services Center in ConnectCarolina.

Prerequisites: FERPA online training module
