Through our partnership with Credentials Solutions, the Office of the Registrar now offers transcript requestors the opportunity to sign transcript authorization forms electronically. This new feature will appear on a screen at the end of the order form, where requestors can use their mouse (or finger on a touch screen device) to authorize a transcript order. They will no longer be required to upload a copy of the signed authorization form.
