The University Registrar’s calendars are a detailed listing of important dates by term such as the opening registration dates, last day to add/drop, last day to file for graduation for each term, reading days and final exam days.

| Friday, March 21 | Summer 2025 Registration Summer 2025 registration begins for Undergraduates with 59 or fewer credit hours, and non-degree seeking students. Students can waitlist for up to 8 credit hours |

| Tuesday, June 24 | Summer II Last Day to Add Last day for all students to add a class in Summer II using the web registration system. |
| Wednesday, June 25 | Summer II Last Day to Drop Last day for ALL STUDENTS to drop a Summer II class online and receive tuition and fee credit by 5pm. For undergraduate students, drops processed after this date will remain on the student's record with a grade of “W.” Drop requests must be completed using a form in consultation with an advisor. |

Students can make advance request for class absences, rescheduling of examinations or other adjusted class deadlines in accordance with university approved absence guidelines in the catalog (https://catalog.unc.edu/). Faculty and campus are asked to consider these requests and make reasonable accommodations for the student.
