University Registrar's Calendars

Summer 2021 registration begins for Undergraduates with 4 or less terms in residence, and non‐degree seeking students.

Drops processed between weeks 3-8 remain on the student record with a grade notation of “WCV” per the Spring 2021 grading accommodations.

Temporary grades of incomplete (“IN”) from prior term (Fall 2020) change to F* for Undergraduates Students.

Last day for students to withdraw from all classes in Spring 2021 and receive a prorated refund.

Undergraduate Academic Progress Reports Closed in ConnectCarolina

Tuition bills are posted for all students registered for Maymester and Summer I by this date. Refer to Important Dates online at cashier.unc.edu.

Last day for graduate students to request an administrative drop for regularly scheduled classes.

Graduate student electronic dissertations and theses for Spring degree candidates must be submitted to the Graduate School by 4 PM for review and approval.

ConnectCarolina degree application opens for all students eligible to apply for December 2021 degree conferral.

Enrolled students not registered in Maymester and Summer I before 5PM this date must pre‐pay or provide proof of financial aid prior to registering. Refer to Important Dates online at cashier.unc.edu.
