We are pleased to announce that current students, alumni and third party requestors can now obtain enrollment verifications online through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Order an enrollment Cerification as a current student

To order an enrollment certification as a current student, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to MyUNC (http://my.unc.edu).
  2. Click on the ConnectCarolina Student Center link.
  3. Log in with your onyen and password.
  4. Under the Academic section on your Student Center, click on the “Order a Transcript or Enrollment Certification” link.
  5. This will direct you to the Student Self Service site through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).
  6. Under the “Obtain an Enrollment Certificate” option, select “Current enrollment” for the current term, or “All enrollment” to show your enrollment history.
  7. Then click the “Obtain an Enrollment Certificate” link to process the request.

Order an enrollment certification as an Alumnus/Alumna

To order an enrollment certification as an alumnus/alumna, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Click the button.
  4. Click on the “Student Records – Order an Official Transcript or Enrollment Certification” link.
  5. Follow the rest of the instructions to obtain your enrollment certification.

Order an enrollment certification as a third party requestor

To order an enrollment certification as a third party requestor, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
  2. Click on the Degree & Enrollment Verifiers tab.
  3. Click on the Enrollment Verify option.
